Community-Driven Social Media Content:
GTA 6 Trailer Release x Nicki Minaj's "Gag City" Album
THE CHALLENGE

Trending conversations move quickly, leaving little room for hesitation. I had to create content that felt authentic to both the GTA and Nicki Minaj communities while maintaining Bing's visual standards and brand voice. At the same time, we needed to navigate the mixed public perception of AI-generated imagery, ensuring the asset felt intentional and genuinely connected to the conversation.
THE APPROACH
My team and I identified this was a great opportunity to engage with two communities already familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem through gaming, technology, and music. I combined AI image generation with Photoshop and Illustrator refinement, carefully editing details to improve accuracy, and composition.
As the conversation evolved, the "Gag City" crossover emerged organically online so I adapted the concept by designing a cityscape that transitioned seamlessly from GTA's world into Nicki Minaj's "Gag City," creating a visual that resonated with both audiences while remaining unmistakably on brand.
THE IMPACT
The first creative successfully positioned Bing within the GTA 6 conversation, earning nearly 70,000 views, 1,000+ likes, and 74 reposts. Building on those audience insights, the second concept capitalized on the growing crossover between GTA and "Gag City," resulting in over 700,000 views, 12,000 likes, and 3,000 reposts. The campaign demonstrated how thoughtful creative direction, rapid iteration, and strategic timing can transform a fleeting online trend into meaningful community engagement.
Educational Social Media Content: The Launch of Microsoft Copilot
THE CHALLENGE
The launch of Microsoft Copilot introduced a new way for people to interact with AI, making education just as important as awareness. Our goal was to create content that accurately represented the evolving product experience while teaching audiences how to use Copilot through practical prompts, feature highlights, and everyday use cases.
THE APPROACH
I became an active Copilot user before designing for it, using the product daily to understand its capabilities, limitations, and the moments where it genuinely improved my workflow. From there, I captured screenshots, recorded interactions, and documented real use cases, then transformed those insights into a growing library of branded assets using Photoshop and Illustrator. As Copilot evolved from Bing Chat, the visual system evolved alongside it, ensuring every piece remained consistent with an emerging brand identity. My designs supported feature launches like Copilot in PowerPoint, voice interactions, mobile experiences, and prompt engineering across static graphics and motion design. Understanding our audience of technology professionals, AI enthusiasts, and curious everyday users helped shape content that was informative, accessible, and immediately useful.
THE IMPACT
The educational content helped establish Microsoft Copilot's social presence during launch while supporting product understanding and adoption across multiple platforms. During this period, the Copilot social community experienced 537% follower growth, and I designed and published more than 1,500 assets across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, including both static and motion graphics. The result was a content system that educated users, supported major product launches, and evolved alongside one of Microsoft's fastest-growing AI experiences.
Video Creation + Motion Graphics
THE CHALLENGE
Earlier in my career, motion graphics was a skill I had studied but had fewer opportunities to apply consistently. When I moved deeper into social content, I saw an opportunity to turn that foundation into a stronger, more practical skill set.
THE APPROACH
I took a self-directed approach to expanding my motion expertise, creating 2–3 motion pieces each week across two Microsoft brand social accounts and multiple platforms, including Instagram Reels, X, and LinkedIn.
I used performance insights and reporting to inform each week’s content, while experimenting with After Effects, 3D camera techniques, custom B-roll, and product-focused video. My workflow expanded beyond motion design into the full video process—from filming and editing to adapting specs, creating captions, and ensuring content met accessibility and compliance requirements.
I also built experience across Premiere Pro and CapCut, along with creating and properly embedding GIFs for email campaigns.
THE IMPACT
Consistent practice turned motion graphics from a supporting skill into a core part of my creative toolkit. The work helped me create more dynamic, platform-specific social content, with pieces ranging from product storytelling to timely, nostalgic content that drove strong engagement on LinkedIn.
Vanguard Workplace Solutions: Retirement Plan Support
THE CHALLENGE
Entering the financial services space meant quickly learning a complex industry, its products, and the needs of the people and businesses they served. My challenge was to translate that knowledge into content that was accurate, accessible, and engaging—helping clients and prospective clients better understand retirement solutions while reinforcing trust in Vanguard Workplace Solutions. Every piece had to balance clarity, credibility, and creativity while meeting strict financial compliance, accessibility, and brand standards. I also incorporated AI imagery and Adobe Firefly into my workflow when it helped accelerate production, without sacrificing the consistency or integrity of the work.
THE APPROACH
I developed campaigns from the ground up while balancing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and feedback from sales and client teams. My work spanned LinkedIn and Instagram, supporting recordkeeping efforts, product launches, webinars, and major thought-leadership initiatives like How America Saves, an annual analysis of retirement behavior and plan-design trends, drawing on data from nearly 5 million defined-contribution participants. Every piece had to balance clarity, credibility, and creativity while meeting strict financial compliance, accessibility, and brand standards. I also incorporated AI imagery and Adobe Firefly into my workflow when it helped accelerate production, without sacrificing the consistency or integrity of the work.
THE IMPACT
I helped turn dense financial information into approachable, visually engaging content across multiple formats—from social carousels and PDFs to presentations used in prospective-client conversations. The resulting campaigns were well received internally and externally, while sales presentations helped support multiple high-value client opportunities and strengthened my reputation as a designer who could translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
